Organization Chart

General Assembly

The Ordinary General Assembly takes place once a year with the following subjects:

• 1. Reading and approval or the Act of the previously celebrated Ordinary General Assembly.
• 2. Activities carried out in the previous year and Plan of Activities for the current year.
• 3. Economic report of the previous year and budget for the current. List of the recently associated companies.
• 4. Reorganization of the charges in the Board of Directors.
• 5. Any other business.

Annual Assembly

With the celebration of this important act, we publish a report (with the most important milestones in the management of the previous year) and the Activities and Budget Report of the current year for the people who assist to the Assembly. After the Assembly, the occasion is used to recognize the collaboration and/or background of GEYC-GEEM members.
